You're based in India. Can you support us in Dubai, Hong Kong, Bangkok or New York?
Yes. E-Ratna is built and supported from India, and demo slots run in the morning for Dubai and Hong Kong and in the evening for New York. You talk to the same team that builds the product.
Can you move our data from spreadsheets or our current software?
Yes. We import your stock, parties and opening balances as part of onboarding, and we check the numbers with you before you go live.
Where is our data, and who can see it?
E-Ratna runs as a private cloud deployment. You can restrict access to your office IP addresses, set role-based permissions, and require a password to edit or delete past entries.
Does it work with RapNet, VDB and the grading labs?
Yes. RapNet pricing, VDB feeds and certificate sync with GIA, IGI and HRD are built in, not add-ons.
We trade natural and lab-grown stones. Can we keep them apart?
Yes. Natural, CVD and HPHT stock are kept in separate books, so they are never mixed in pricing or reports.
Is it a subscription?
No. E-Ratna is a one-time license. See the pricing section above in your own currency; the price depends on the edition, whether you add manufacturing, and whether you run one company or several.
